Damaged products will be replaced free of charge or fully refunded, at the choice of buyer when the product is returned to the specified return centre(s) together with a non-refundable return shipping payment of USD 25.00. Any product can be returned to us within 14 days of reception, subject to the following terms and conditions.
- No returns accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Request for RMA# must be done within 14 days of receiving package. RMA# must appear on the package returned for refund processing.
- All returned merchandise must be received within 7 days of issuance of RMA# at one of the return centers.
- Return shipping cost is at USD 25.00
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Refunds are processed only upon receipt of returned goods and will be done within 10 working days thereof.
